Re: City Sprint
I've now got 5 ex city sprint drivers working for me.
When they started with me they said city sprint were ok and not too bad. Within a few weeks they had all left CS and come on board with me full time.
And I don't even pay that well.

Re: Why no receipt ?
Thats the most obvious answer. You dont need a receipt if your logging mileage and using the approved mileage allowance schemeMike George wrote:Is it possible they own the car personally and claim the 45p a mile tax-free running cost?
You only need the receipt if your claiming VAT back

Royal Mail ' .50 pplm = £50.00 . You will do 200 miles ie 100 each way so your costs are £46 leavin...

Re: Mileage calculations
Have Full Autoroute 2010 loaded on laptop ( also use it as sat nav with GPS ariel ) So have it with me at all times As Above mileage about 2% lower compared with vehicle mileage Vehicle mileage is linked to the speedo. Which is set to over read. Hence the discrepancy. On Avg its about 10% at 70mph ...

Re: Do people object to using bikes?
I've got to arrange 82 daily pickups to be done within a 4 hour window in london and around the M25 Bikes are the ONLY way.
Now to find 8-10 bikers who want 4 hrs per day.
This'll be fun.

Re: Insurance 2
Thanks for not biting Bob. My point was this insurance lark is one great big grey area. Insurance is based on risk. The 2 examples above are the same risk. But you can bet. There is a massive difference in price. I dont know about perfect pizza. But do they have employees or are they still using SE ...
