Since they don't answer their phone number, the office address is one picked from a lucky dip and they don't answer emails, the guarantee they so proudly lie about is as useless as the people behind it. They'll charge for a 'reference' or similar. They don't charge the customer for doing jobs and they don't take a commission from the courier. Stink much?
