Do any of you carry anything in case of an accident?

Maybe a warning triangle, disposable camera etc?

I keep a first aid kit in my van and two high vis vests as I use them around Heathrow and warehouses anyway, warning triangle, tow rope, torch and a camera on my iPhone or the rubbish old nokia (best work phone I've had though). Always got a pen and paper in the van too.
